Barack the Magic Negro. Pretty shocking stuff.

And then there is Obama's friend, the rapper Ludacris, whose songs glorify the gangster lifestyle, violence and misogyny.

...You never should've doubted him With a slot in the president's iPod Obama shattered 'em Said I handled his biz and I'm one of his favorite rappers Well give Luda a special pardon if I'm ever in the slammer Better yet put him in office, make me your vice president Hillary hated on you, so that bitch is irrelevant

You can't stop what's bout to happen, we bout to make history The first black president is destined and it's meant to be The threats ain't fazing us, the nooses or the jokes So get off your ass, black people, it's time to get out and vote!

Paint the White House black and I'm sure that's got 'em terrified McCain don't belong in any chair unless he's paralyzed Yeah I said it cause Bush is mentally handicapped

Rational, sane observers don't call this a vicious cycle; it is all too clear that the Arabs in "Palestine" enjoy their misery.

Always brilliant, VDH sums it up:

"In 2007 Ms. Kennedy was, in fact, a strong Hillary Clinton donor and supporter, but jumped ship and joined Obama once he surged in the polls at the beginning of the year, when the national media and the fossilized icons of the Democratic Party underwent some sort of ecstatic catharsis and mass hysteria ..."

"That savvy metamorphosis into an Obamiac explains Ms. Kennedy's sudden me-too piggy-backing into national politics. Indeed, her current newfound political zeal seems predicated on the larger Obamania craze, a sort of brand name groupthink in which romantic liberals imagine a return of JFK's lost Camelot." http://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2008/12/desperately_seeking_caroline.html

"Iran leader's Christmas message decries bullies"

"...if Jesus were alive, he would oppose “bullying, ill-tempered and expansionist powers“—an apparent reference to the U.S. and its allies."

"According to a transcript released in advance, Ahmadinejad says most of the world’s problems stem from leaders who have turned against religion. The Muslim president doesn’t refer to rival nations or leaders by name..."

Like his Leftist admirers and enablers in the West, Ahmadinejad is unable or unwilling to tell you what he truly believes in or stands for.

Instead, he denounces in deliberately vague terms those nations, forms of governance and systems of commerce that he believes prevent the creation of a totalitarian system he has alluded to elsewhere, before audiences sympathetic to his radical religious beliefs.

"BBC Tehran Office suspended 24.12.08 16:35 The Iranian Ministry of Culture and Islamic Orientation said that BBC Tehran Office was suspended, the Iranian Mehr news agency reported.

“It was a long time that BBC functioned in Tehran. However BBC Tehran Office has been suspended because its own mistakes,” Muhammad Huseyn Saffar Herandi, the Iranian Minister of Culture and Islamic Orientation, said on Dec. 24. Foreign news agencies should be attentive in their activities, he added. Herandi said that everybody is responsible for their mistakes and measures will be taken toward them in line with the Code of Administrative Violations.

Any Iranian "message of peace" delivered overseas or via international media is clearly meant for gullible foreign lefties. Back in Iran they are shutting down human rights centres.

Simple thought experiment for the wikipedia enthusiasts here obviously too lazy to read any history relevant to the issue:

Would a Jew - or even a Christian - be allowed to deliver to the Iranian people a televised message at the height of Ramadan in which he (even the most starry-eyed "progressives" among us know a female representative would be completely out of the question) declared that were Muhammed alive today he would side against Iran?

Yes, yes, how many "isolated" cases of state executions of "adulteresses" (stoned to death) and homosexuals (hanged, for some unaccountable reason, from cranes Iran purchases from the hated infidel) before Iran's Lefty apologists in the West condemn Amadhinejhad and the pro-Khomeini mullahs?

The "I personally never actually heard him say anything reprehensible" defence served President-elect Obama so well in dispensing with his racist, segregationalist former pastor and spiritual guide - a man he said he could never forsake - that apparently his handlers have concluded the mainstream media would buy it again, if given sufficient wriggle room.

So his transition team conducts their own investigation, pronounces the Chosen One clean, releases the self-serving report during the holidays (making corroboration or refutation during the year-end news cycle impossible) and thereby gives the media the leeway they want.

    Slick.

Greg Craig, Obama's future White House Counsel, has personally looked into the matter of his boss and the Illinois governor and in a report aimed at the rump of Hope and Change skeptics and the intolerant, sour finger-pointers and of course all 'the haters', declared his client innocent.

The media, scrupulously impartial here, got the message out as quickly as possible and has reassured 'folks', as The Chosen One likes to call Americans, that the whole thing is resolved.

Team Obama has investigated Team Obama and found no wrongdoing. None. Whatsoever.

It needs pointing out that saying the death penalty ought to be banned in revolutionary Iran is tantamount to demanding that Islam be outlawed.

I believe the Left designate such opinions as 'hate speech' and 'Islamophobia.'

"Ties with Britain were further strained in 2007 when Iran held 15 British sailors and marines prisoner for 13 days."

So reward their Holocaust-denying, homophobic, rabidly anti-Semitic leader, a ringleader in the 1979 takeover of the American embassy in Teheran - an act of war - with a slot on prime time television to insult your nation and its spiritual heritage, something that would occasion riots, death threats and deaths in his country and those sympathetic to its aims.

Lefty twits in the media aiding and abetting a tyrant?

    They can't resist.

Robert Mugabe is no idiot. He is a highly educated man. The Left worldwide initially fawned over him in part precisely because he held numerous degrees, even attended Oxford at one point, and was a school teacher.

People on far Left look silly trying to liken George Bush to R G Mugabe when it is clear Mugabe loathes not just Bush the man but democracy he represents. You need only research the cynical insults Mugabe directs at Secretary of State Condi Rice to confirm this.

In the unthinking, adolescent desperation to appear clever these posters also overlook how such comparisons reflect on Obama.

Mugabe, like so many on the Left, declared that America was too racist to elect a "non-white".

Obama won the presidency; Mugabe has since congratulated Obama for his historic success, and says he is eager to work with him.

But in light of Mugabe's 28-year rule this presents quite an irony - it was in an America "ruled" by Bush that the son of a Kenyan farmer, "victim" of colonial British rule, rose to become leader of the most powerful nation in the world.

More silly hagiography from the Obama sycophants at the Associated Press:

"Prosecutors have said Obama is not implicated in the case against Blagojevich, accused of trying to sell Obama's Senate seat to the highest bidder. But the corruption scandal has drained precious energy from Obama's preparations to take over the White House."

Caroline Kennedy is worth over a hundred million dollars.

Like a well-trained Kennedy she steadfastly refuses to release any information about her income.

But as with John Kerry and John Edwards - who have even more - you can be sure she feels your pain.
