Looks like the judge does have jurisdiction and the authority.
I don't think that we're going to see much action. The military doesn't really want to fight this in the courts. The administration doesn't want to try to take this through the legislators and this way Obama can allow it become a done deal without any effort. < :-)

If loyalty pledges were all that and a bag of chips we'd still have them. But we don't. Because they are written to satisfy the aims and goals of a few extreme conservatives. < :-)

I'm just sure that this bill will make non-jews feel more accepted and I'm sure that the jews will treat the non-jews much more equal and not second class any longer.
This is one of the dumbest things I've heard of since we used to cut our wrist as children and become blood brothers in some boys club. < :-)

Last administration, if you got money from the US, you were required to kill Iraqi citizens. Whether you believe the falsified facts or not.
I think Obama is more talking about the quote:
Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Lao Tzu
Help other countries, not just give. I like the concept. < :-)

Actually that's once a year during their yearly Physical Health Assessment. It's a routine matter.
I agree, but it wasn't and it's a fact that the republicans stopped the bill that would allow gays to serve in the military. The republicans stopped it.
Big deal. < :-)

I wouldn't care if we'd had our first gay president, that's no big deal to me. To several of you homophobics it's a big deal.

And they were voted in over and over again because blacks were helped by them. Every time they passed a bill to help poor whites, it helped poor blacks. So from that perspective these democrats were put back into office over and over.
Helter_Skelter
All george bush had to do was talk and whites came out, but he also knew that most blacks weren't his supporters. bush was mayonnaise jar white.
Well, I'm not black, but I am an Obama supporter. < :-)

And you believe that if we deprive the budget of these taxes it'll make things so much better?
Banks got bailouts and they hold on to the money and don't make loans.
$$Millions of dollars stashed and no hiring going on.
Considering the challenges we've faced, we could be a hell of a lot worse.
Yeah, we're better off then if we had had a republican elected president. < :-)

The republicans have had 8 years of these wonderful tax cuts. They have downsized, stashed $Millions and done nothing to stimulate the economy or create jobs.
After knowing they would end, they continue to complain even after we see the depth of the country's debt.
The republicans want to fill their rich pockets and to hell with the country. < :-)
