I hate the lip-smacking noises when people eat bentoes on the train. Then, when they finish eating, there is the long, drawn-out tooth sucking session, all the way to friggin' Hiroshima.
Almost as bad as being sneezed on is the snifflers/mucus snorters. How do you say, "Get enough for a sandwich?" in Japanese?

I agree. The 18-24-year-old age group is the most dangerous. Let's keep them off the streets. We should do the same with the Japanese of the same age group.

In other words, become a socialist country. Why should landlords suffer for having good business acumen? Instead, how about incentives to get people to live in the countryside?
There's no need for these cram schools. Parents should be educating their kids after school. They could probably save 200,000 - 300,000 yen per year this way.

It's interesting to hear the data for the year ending March 2008, but how much did they make during the bubble? They must have done pretty well from 2002 to 2007 to make up for these losses.

I guess he didn't read "How to swim with the sharks without getting eaten alive." If he had, he would have learned the importance of treating your employees well. For exceptional employees, you have to turn them into partners otherwise they split and take away business.

I was flying Northwest and accidentally made a loud "pop" noise while opening my bag of peanuts. A flight attendant rushed over and said, "I've only heard that from children!" Some kompanies just tend to tolerate that nasty behavior and it spreads. I think NW is one of those.

Aesthetics aside, I view this as a plus. The boneyard supermodels have so many psychological problems. Miss Kawamura looks like she just wants to have fun.

I'm sure the kids that they went to school with, CEOs' kids, network news anchors' kids, pro athletes' kids, supreme court justices' grandkids, etc., didn't feel exactly inferior to the president's kids. How normal are those rich kids? Probably never washed a dish or ironed a shirt in their lives.
Assuming she remains a royal, her future life is most likely to be one of isolation.
