Where ever the university is located, a strong, comprehensive orientation program at the start would be helpful. It would resolve many, many problems…
This is what Japan can do well, and if the CO2 can be solidified and stored cheaply, then a breakthrough has been acheived. This is Japan, and if they plan it, they will eventually find a use for the solidified CO2. If not Japan, whoooooooo?
