  I understand why, but Japan needs to realize that the 6way talks is VERY close to a UNSC negotiations. Ramifications are obvious, ne? So, whoever is calling the shots on this better think real hard on promoting Japan for a permanent seat on the UNSC. There are influential people watching/analyzing.

  Since I had an inside view of being a foreign student in Japan and was involved in some administrative tasks, there are some problems Monbusho should address. Where ever the university is located, a strong, comprehensive orientation program at the start would be helpful. It would resolve many, many problems…
