Just some insider info - the initial terrorist hit was to occur on the US West Coast (multiple targets along the coast). Those jerks were nailed, and it was very strange for 9/11 to occur since 1999 - the FBI was on heightened alert. The FBI is on record to state that terrorist threats possibilities on the US East Coast were hampered for some unknown reason(s).

Well, after actor Charlie Sheen made the comment about 9/11 looking like a "controlled demolition", I looked around. The most questionable aspect to 9/11 is the video where the buildings collapsed in a "free fall". Now, go ask ANYONE in construction how that happens - many will say, "I don't know".

APEC is here in Japan this year, so it is really convenient to hear what is occurring in Japan as well as the US Base Controversy in Okinawa. I wish to know more.

National director of Miss Universe Japan Ines Ligron has demonstrated that she can prepare the candidate to reach the top five if the candidate has certain personal qualities. Winning the Crown is more the inner qualities of the candidate.

“I’m deeply sorry for any accident that Toyota drivers have experienced,” the grandson of the founder of the Japanese auto giant told the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. He suggested his company’s “priorities became confused” in a quest for growth over the past decade at the expense of safety concerns.
Not one to tout one's horn. ;) Below may be one of the reasons US Govt. personnel were calling me, "Nicolai Hel".

Toyota is experiencing three changes that they are not responding to. 1) the internet is speeding up problems, complaints are seen very fast; 2) Toyota MAY be experiencing the problems Sony exhibited in the 1990's - success led to huge outputs where quality dropped significantly; 3) the auto industry is slow in reacting due to the complexity of some design flaws, so the problems is not resolved as quickly as desired. It is best for Toyota to work through the problem as quickly as possible, and to have a top engineering team work on the problem - this is being done probably as I speak.
Actually, I was being informed in the mid 1990's of a "trade war" from high sources in the Asia-Pacific - that was deadly for Toyota.

I could advise Toyota like before, like w/ the Prius, but I would get "hammered" - I would need more than a "thank you".

As posted before, Toyota and Pres. Toyoda better take "extreme caution" when dealing w/ the US Govt. on these problems. The Obama Administration is looking at red lights across the board economically, and emotions run high and tolerance levels zero. Look at unemployment figures for Detroit alone. RED LIGHTS ACROSS THE BOARD.

I would recommend that the Finance Ministers of APEC Economies to FORMALLY request a statement of the real state of the US economy, since the Global Financial Crisis originate in the US. I am getting disturbing feedback from high sources in a veiled manner. APEC needs more info, and possible defensive planning from what I have encountered.

Toyota execs may get some insight into latent problems in the US by reading former Prof. Chalmers Johnson's Trilogy, especially the 2nd and 3rd books where it discusses the Japanese and US automakers. His books are soooo prophetic.

If I was advising Toyota, I would recommend extreme caution and complete understanding of the "recall problem" throughly. The emotions in the media exceeds that of previous recalls.
Is there any diagrams on the internet focusing on the recall, or specifically the accelerator pedal problem? It would be better to get a solid view of the alleged "design flaw".

As posted before, 2010 is going to be a "whopper". This recall may get highly charged politically, but the answer is in the ANALYSIS. The Pres. of Toyota and the executive staff must isolate the problem, then the situation will be self evident. Analysis, analysis, then analysis.
