Instead of blaming Japan, how about these factories that keep shooting themselves in the foot here. They should know Japan has high standards on beef, they should know they'll lose business if they don't comply, yet some beef packagers still fail to comply.

Well I doubt they weighed it, because if you read the article it was pretty specific on exactly the denomination of each currency note.

In many other countries including democratic nations you need permits if you wish to hold demonstrations at certain locations.
I know thats a whole can of worms about something being democratic or not, I'm just looking at this from a public safety standpoint of view.
