At last JGov and Military department finally woke up. Hehe ain't that good news. US is good in bluffing in disguise of support and business for peace and stability of the world.

This kind of scam and conning will never stop if the media, police, and JGov will not help the poor senior citizens (excuse me) who are still living the old school ways in these age of high technologies. The Police, instead of just hanging inside theor post and boxes, let them make rounds in their district orienting people about this. JGov, command your city halls and mayors to spend some tax payers money by making flyers and posters placed on easy visibility like Grocereis, kombini etc... . NHK and other can do a lot of help since they collect money from TV owners and advertising companies. It won't take lot's of money or effort to post every now and then on TV Broadcasting Networks about this kind of scams and conning. How ? TV Networks are experts on advertising. All probable victims need is just reminders about phone scammers like this. These people are really prone becuz they are old and still the typical japanese living in the old culture. IMHO.

Yeah... blame the western countries. That's what they taught Japan. Part timers and no benefits. These employers rakes lots of savings while part timers or temporary job workers lose the chance for advancement. Scrap temporary jobs hehehe
bajhista65Sep. 06, 2015 - 05:31PM JST
Well, is there anything we can do about it than to feel and see the effects and to blame whoever we can for the incompetence of those responsible? Worst, the JGov is now asking former inhabitants affected by radiation who evacuated to go back to their homes...
Am wondering now why there are sooooo many weirdo acts and crimes, murdering, bullying, stealing women under wears, men groping women inside the train, child and animal abusers,
to name a few roaming everywhere in this beautiful and safe country. Could these be the evolving radiation effects of the A-bomb dropped in Hiroshima and Nagasaki affecting their brains and behaviour? Just like the Fir trees? Just hypothesis...;)

"The White House has also said the U.S. doesn’t conduct spying to gain an economic edge."
So what the heck is USA spying for.....It was already stated by the NSA documents that leaked... hahaha..
Funny what Obama stated. That now they will not spy on friends and allies.. of course you will because you were caught spying... geeesshh what kind of people this americans we call brothers.

Hehehe so what is the problem with that...it's the culture and custom of Japanese. Same as other countries...
I know at times there are much pressure among the new generations of Japanese people about the old system and customs but that's how Japanese are. ;) that we gaijins should respect. But I am sure time will come when these new breed of Japanese will be like their western counterparts cuz they are now deeply influenced and copying if I may say so the customs and ways of western and european countries. IMHO, those old Japanese customs should not be deleted cuz that's how Japanese are differentiated from others in this planet. Call me old school but for me, that's Japanese identity and signature that sometimes we gaijins laugh about.

IMHO, The United States of America and the President should be blamed for the catastrophic effect of the A Bomb dropped in Hiroshima and Nagazaki. As some info I have read in cyberspace, USA dropped tha ABomb just to test that Atomic bomb that killed hundred thousands of civilians. Even the US president then wasn't even sure what to do about it. It is sad though but that's how it was.

@smithinjapan....I agree with you. At times I wonder why there are people who just blog without thinking but just to say anything with out sense. Hehehehe . There is nothing wrong with people doing what their passion dictates as long as it's not against the law.

My daughter was bullied many times in her Elementary School days way, way back many moons ago.
I decided to write the Principal and told him about the trauma my daughter have been suffering.
Nothing from the Principal or het teacher was done.
Now you see why many students commit suicide due to bullying in their school.
I read one time here, that bullying is a part of growing up to be strong and cope up with society. YEAH !!!!! RIGHT !... What do you think if I will teach my children to fight them back, equipped them with things they can use to fight back and bully them back too. Har.. har..har..
So another student died cuz of bullying... who is next "kashira"
This bullying have not been given attention by JP Department of Education and School Principals....

That Law is really bias and just showed how Egoistic Japenese are. Any to be divorce woman and wanted to remarry, can easily know if she is pregnant with the simple urine pregnancy test set that can bought easily. Why wait 6 months, 3 months, 3 weeks... in just a 5 minutes more or less a woman will know the result if she is pregnant. hehe

Many suicides we always read.. And we at times quick to blame their parents.
But have we analyse that much of the suicide by young students are related to schools and school environments?

Yes we all know that. During World War II, many atrocities happened. Americans did it too like the Germans and their allies. Wonder if there was a sincere apology made by the American militaries to Japanese women.

IMHO, it's about time that the Japan enforced their own security against threats and aggressions. Change the accord sign after WW2 just to act only as a defense force. China have been acting rudely for years now. Obama's admininstration , United Nation and the likes, just keep on dilly dallying especially about islands dispute. I think Abe's move to make USA re-assure Japan about their sincere support is good. This will show USA transparency to US support.
And btw, Japan is also spending for the presence of US Military bases and not USA alone as reported.
IMHO, It's about time for Japan not only to defend themselves but also to respond to attacks. I just cannot grasp why until now the world's powerful nation cannot even lift a finger to China's abusive behavior in Asia. Economic problem maybe? USA financially neck deep indebted to China? Your guess is good as mine?

One solution since elderlies are always at home watching TV is to flash bulletins to avoid this kind of scam and to report it asap to the police. Fliers and posters about this poblems on every public buildings and areas. Is that too tasking for the police?

Problem is, stalked persons doesn't want to report it ASAP to the police for some reasons I.e, Mendoksai.. And if ever reported, the police assigned to follow and investigate are too busy reading their magazines and sipping tea in their boxes. Following it up is MENDOKSAI to them. A word uttered habit in Japan. har.. har.. har..
