If the messages were in Portugese, this would actually only confirm that they are probably 100% pure Japanese citizens emigrated from Brazil. It's a vicious cycle where it's so expensive to live or commute to Tokyo that these women are earning good salaries and consider themselves broke. Not that it helps that many of them drink and have expensive tastes to boost their self esteem after working as a hostess. Vicious cycle here.

Sounds like these guys were criminals to begin with, having stolen this car and replaced its license plate in advance. Wouldn't be surprised if the reason they were speeding was they were trying to escape the cops (which they did). Ironic.
If we're talking the Brazilian district, we're talking mainly about Japanese born in Brazil. But I guess they could be mistaken as foreigners too.

You mess it up by trying to cut costs by cutting corners. This is why they've managed to make perfectly good gas petals since the end of WWII but mess it up in the 21st century.
Ever notice how many goods get worse over time? It's not a coincidence they're also getting cheaper and made by people from the third world these days. Toyota has only showed that even a first world country can make these mistakes.

And the irony of it all is they're beating other manufacturers in their own turf when setting up factories abroad. Whatever you may think about a Honda, it'll outlast a domestic car twofold easily. I had the hardest time outgrowing my Accord because it just wouldn't die.

You know what's even safer? Not driving at all. You know what's safer than that? Not having babies. The safest thing is to stay home all day long. These all would save millions of lives compared to the difference these rules are trying to make.
