They never had a case against him to begin with, as it later turned out he was still legally married to his wife under Japanese law. To nullify a Japanese marriage, you need to file your divorce not just obtain it. They still haven't filed.

Talking as loud as possible and laughing out loud like bastards. One group of three guys was doing this nonstop and I had to ask them to be quiet. To their credit, they stopped. I think this must have been their first time flying, and it was an international flight.
