Oops. I hit the wrong link. No wait, this IS Japan Today!?!?! Whats an article like this doing here? Since the majority of readers are gaijin foreigners, who are probably all of the same opinion as this article, the only reason I can think of to put it here is to shock the few Japanese who might read it.

Very entertaining! The sign could also suggest that the establishment is an S&M club that will flog you with a stalk of wheat. Great photo JT. Some years ago there was a fish restaurant on Roppongi dori called Jus de Peche. In French we would read this as Juice of the fisherman. Never ate, or drank there.

I'm sorry, but at this point in time these incidents are just laughable. The perpetrators of these crimes are marginally punished, which exhibits to any other prospective threat maker that there is almost nothing to lose if caught. What's equally entertaining is that these junior morons called it in from their own traceable cellphone.

Terrikus I agree. I don't claim to know everybody. Don't think I want to either. But as you stated, now that there is a problem, I think a lot of people who never cared will start to look at the bottom of the product to see where its from.

Tainted toothpaste, faulty tires and other goods.
Yeah right. This would be a two page article if they listed everything. I don't know anybody state side who wants to buy anything from China.

What a load of crap. Their politics was at its peak today as this was probably the most visible event they will attend during the entire campaign. Considering their behavior of late I would have preferred neither show up.

I find this photo to be uncomfortably close to resembling a janitor taking out the trash. Is this really how groups of children are transported? Never saw it in 5 years living there.

The U.S. pays other countries to take its trash. Couldn't Japan farm out some of this task to other countries?
