  CRIMINAL Definition 1 a person who commits crimes for a living

  Definition 2 a person charged with and convicted of crime

  The woman told police that her son had been playing with the door lever and lock

  So she never put the child Lock on the door..its common knowledge when a kid is in the back seat u ought to engage child lock. Seat belts are an added safety aspect but child lock first!!!!
