I think the International peace keepers should intervene and stationed inside the conflict zones. That way both sides wouldn't dare to fire rockets or make incursion, I hope.
It would be funny though if Hamas fire rockets and hit the peace keepers.

Increase the minimum salary of temp workers so they can actually make a saving.
Haken gaisha is notorious of taking a big chunk of temp workers salary.

I personally think 'early retirement' is good for the economy. With the current market situation, the government should reduce the retirement age from 65 to 60. This will entice people to retire sooner and will create jobs for the younger generations and those who got restructured.
