  I cannot understand the point.

  Japanese bank have big asset and money, they can buy many foreign companies, etc, etc... But they don't give any fund to Japanese developpers since 2004. So as result Japanese Real estate business is in recession and Land price are going down in Japan.

  This is wrong. It is a probleme of tendance in fashion word. Even in Paris now, Japanese style is the reference.
