  Merril Lynch or Lehman did not hire laymen, they are well qualified CEO's, Master minds in manipulating global money markets in a systematic fashion. They deserve highest remunerations. Blame those who left these markets 'unregulated'.

  It's long overdue, in fact they should just scrap the tolls completely, we pay enough tax on petrol as it is. The tolls on the expressway tend to keep traffic on the expressway even in a jam since it would cost you more to get off and back on again…

  I think it stems from a vague but deeply implanted victim mentality, particularly prevalent in the run up to the anniversary of Japan losing the war. Over the years the facts have become vague, but the emotions are pervasive.
