He is. I saw a drunk man in his 50s fall onto the tracks once in the countryside. I saw a woman dash to the conductor who ran for the emergency alarm and hit it. I saw 5 Japanese guys jump down onto the tracks to get the guy up. I saw another 5 haul him up from the top of the platform and then help the others up. It all took place in a few seconds. All the while there was an express train due any minute. They men who jumped down did it without concern for their safety. I was blown away.

I really hope they bring him back here to. He probably has no concept of the Draconian process which he faces. Being from transparent NZ, it may come as a shock to him what he will face in Japan.

I understand how the guy feels. The lady above me was very noisy and I complained to her many times. She just said she is not shy about noise and the building manager did not help me. Some people are so selfish. So I stacked my stereo speakers under her floor and let her have it with Slipknot all night one night. She went quiet for a while but then started up again so I threw a bunch of rotten eggs onto her balcony. Have not heard a peep since.

To be honest there are some quality actors in Japan like Beat Takeshi, Tomoka Kurotani, Koyuki, and Ken Ishiguro for example.
But the celebrities that feature often on JT are without the talent, substance and quality that the names above possess in truckloads.
They are also well set up for a good mocking when they accept stupid awards like best Jeans wearer etc. If you have any quality or self respect, why on earth would you accept such an award? Its shallow and inane, like the media whores that accept them.

It does not involve beheading. The head remains attached to the body by a flap of skin.
Anyway, The cops should take a closer look but you never know. Maybe they are releasing this note to make a suspect comfortable while they follow some leads.

Once a Japanese girl said to me "We Japanese do not need sauce with our vegetables because we Japanese cab appreciate the individual taste of broccoli and carrot".
I asked "and you eat your semi boiled veggies with raw fish, or fried meat right?"
"Yes" she said.
I said "we its not that you don't want a nice sauce with the meat or veggies its just that you Japanese cannot cook. Raw fish? fired meat? half boiled veggies? any fool can serve up that but to create from base a beautiful sauce for pasta, meat, or vegetables? French and Italian food kicks Japans can all over the place.
As for Asian fare, Thai or Vietnamese food kicks Japans can all over the place.
