He reminds me of a spoiled 13 year old who all of the sudden was handed a nuclear bomb and gosh he's going to play with it now and get that respect and attention he thinks he deserves. Because we all know at 13 we knew exactly how the world works, it those secret adults and there "secret" conversations out of earshot that stopped us from having all the fun and made us go to bed at 9:30 p.m.

what a bunch of ridiculous, nonsensical, diarrhoea. 13 year olds with Nukes? which 13 year old with nukes are you reminded by?

Assange is doing the world a favour. Its people like him that will lead those of us in the information age who are unwilling to live as slaves or with our head buried underground to a revolution against oppressive regimes that hide tyranny behind lost ideals of hope and freedom and extend thorns and daggers from their olive branch and open hand.

Regimes that have committed future generations to live by a corrupt debt based money system. Regimes controlled and manipulated by mega power banks and corporations. Bring on the corporate data Assange. I cannot wait to read it.

I believe the United States will live to regret the persecution of Assange. He may well become the first super Jesus since the original.

    Rape charges???????

Swedish bloggers uncovered the full story in a few hours. The complaint was lodged by a radical feminist Anna Ardin, 30, a one-time intern in the Swedish Foreign Service. She's spokeswoman for Broderskapsrörelsen, the liberation theology-like Christian organization affiliated with Sweden's Social Democratic Party. She had invited Julian Assange to a crayfish party, and they had enjoyed some quality time together. When Ardin discovered that Julian shared a similar experience with a 20-year-old woman a day or two later, she obtained the younger woman's cooperation in declaring before the police that changing partners in so rapid a manner constituted a sort of deceit. And deceit is a sort of rape.

making us feel that a promise to speak our musical language has been betrayed

whose language? NOT MINE! JPOP is worse than superficial. Its so shallow you could bathe your toddler in it without there being any repercussions.

I ask again, why didn't this guy go after the Russian, Chinese, North Korean, Iranian governments?

There is plenty of dirt on all the countries you have mentioned.

This from Assanges Lawyer. "We are also investigating whether the prosecutor's application to have Mr Assange held incommunicado without access to lawyers, visitors or other prisoners -- again a unique request -- is in any way linked to this matter (the WikiLeaks data release) and the recent, rather bellicose US statements of an intention to prosecute Mr Assange."

This reeks of a set up probably bough and paid for by the US banks that Assange is going after. Once Sweden detains him then the US will try and expedite him. He is better off making a run for Ecuador. US banks have killed off Presidents to keep their debt based money system.

It stands to reason that they could pay off some high end courtesans to get Assange where they can reach him. They cannot kill him least he become a Martyr but can attack his character and bully Sweden into handing him over to the CIA.

It appears someone leaked data that Assange cannot control his libido.

The insane paranoia of the US will trickle down to its tourism industry. i.e I turned my back on a Hawaiian vacation and also an all expenses paid trip to NYC because of the x-ray blast scanner or some guy roughing me over for no damn reason. I would rather go to Europe. That video that frungy mentioned made me flip. What a total disgrace. The US is becoming more inward looking than Asian countries. Land of the free and home of the brave? Its become a land of slaves to debt and a bunch of scardy cats to boot. Past generations of US citizens would never have eaten this crap.

what I am really looking forward to is the major US bank about to get its very, very, dirty, filthy, nasty, laundry aired in public next year.

Banks have a history of assassinations even against Presidents in their fight to keep money as debt over the years. I hope Assange can survive all of this and bring some dirty bankers to their knees.

WikiLeaks is simply verifying what everyone should already know. When faced with the media spin of current events you have to read between selected lines. Politics is so full of BS.

Matsue’s body reportedly showed injuries consistent with him having suffered a large number of blows to his arms and legs

my guess is he was rolled up into a ball while he was being wailed upon.

All were brief though, but seems like a lot of activity in a short term which may be good,a s pressure is released and hopefully less chance of a big one.

this does not make a difference as to if there will be a "big one" or not. make sure you have an earthquake kit on standby.

my exGF said that she and her female friends used to go to love hotels when they were high school girls to drink, talk, eat, and that her first sexual experience was like mine: "Behind a bush on school grounds at night"

there are BBQ bars in Osaka where the girls wear no panties and mini skirts when they serve you. There are no mirrors but you get to sit in a pit below floor level.
