Its a fact, Jack, hes Japanese. If youre ashamed to identify this stalker as Japanese, then good, you should be. Im 100% sure if the man had been Brazilian, a US sailor, etc. the headline would read "Brazilian/US sailor arrested for urinating into womans apartment". And by your rationale, why point out hes a truck driver, too? We shouldnt offend all the law abiding truck drivers out there, eh? But he IS a truck driver. Fact.

Umm, how about feeling sorry for the victim here? Don`t you see this as a case of stalking? Because it certainly is. He saw her on the street, he obviously followed her home. A sick Japanese man who needs some serious help. Hope she presses charges.
