Air New Zealand, singapore and ANA are all fantastic - NZ is great - have flown them heaps - food can be improved a little. Airlines that suck - JL, emirates, NW, KE and qantas - i flew qantas once in 1997 and never will again - food was cold (thai curry), the FAs are obnoxious - one trying to speak japanese was a joke - offensive too....Korean is terrible - i asked for a glass of water halfway though a 12hr flight and was told there was no more water left on the plane!!!!! Another FA came past and got me a bottle immediately... airlines that get a bad rap but shouldnt - UA they have been very helpful in the past - though updating inflight entertainment would be great....
