Japan is the one place I had hoped that graffiti wouldn't emerge. It's the one so-called form of "self expression" that I wish wouldn't be "copied" from Americans like everything else is, by young Japanese so desperate to establish an identity. I thought that growing up Japanese was still good for instilling that all important Moral Compass. Guess no one knows how to read one of those things anymore.
Knowing their potential for artistic detail though, you might see some amazing pieces of work pretty soon.
