hoserfella I concede your point. However, I was more impressed by him before I actually heard him speak. Many of the issues he champions are of course important, but his politics and his cultural imperialism (yeah I know he is now Japanese) do not sway me.

Yawn. Heard him speak once about his sento triumph. I really was not impressed by his attempts to turn Japan into another America.

What Black said reminds me of Bush's trifecta quip right after 9-11. He saw the political value of terrorism and he has not averted his gaze ever since. Seems like some on McCain's team want to dip into that black well.

RedMeatKoolAid... Which country are you talking about? I suggest you keep on topic by referring to reality rather than what you dreamed about last night.

So what Bush is saying that even though he sat on his hands for 7+ years (4 of which with a friendly congress) and did nothing, the Democrats are to blame.

What, did no one in the Bush Administration consider that fighting to wars in the M.E. would not affect…

Sarge says, "Then why is Obama barely ahead or even with McBush, er, McCain in the polls?"

Define "barely ahead or even" because me thinks you might be a tad confused. Latest Newsweek poll has Obama ahead by 15%, other polls up by 5%.

skipthesong: why would the media obsess about Clinton now that she is out?

In other news: a couple American friends of mine were discussing the possibility that McCain won't be the Rebup. candidate. that he might step aside at the last minute to allow for a more dynamic candidate. This…

"That's the stupidest thing I've ever heard! There's only one way to drill her, sort to speak. The most erogenous part of a woman is her brain, not her actual sexual organ. You want her to orgasm? Go read a romance novel!"
