The locals know it, cops know it but let it slide so long as when a "regular" car enters the road no one drifts. (they really stay in touch using 2-ways)
These areas in makuhari can't be used much now cause lots of new apartment buildings. Youll know when the drifters are going through makuhari cause one car will go through slow and loud to draw off any cops or report none around and "the fun will commence"

Drifting is sliding the car around a corner using accelerator and clutch. Tough to master. Makuhari messe is not a haven, hasn't been for a long time... Other places are much more popular. If japan provided more legal circuits/practise areas this illegal stuff would stop quite quick in the majority cause regular road surfaces are not good for this sport.

Hope they catch this driver too but gotta say as a driver in japan it's a scary place. Bicycles, pedestrians and other drivers all assume the other will stop for them and the law is compleatly against the driver. Even if proved this old guy was drunk and just rode out into the crossing in front of the car the driver is still the one who will be charged and face jail time. Cant accept with hit then running but can easily understand why people do so often. RIP old dude.

I'm sorry i care that a BABY died!!! Why should we not show our horror and speculation on this!! She couldve gotten help or at least put the little guy, cause that's what he is, put him where he'd be found!! She said she hated the father so sounds like she didn't care bout the little angel either.
Ill codemn any who try to tell me it's ok to let a baby die!! Even myself a little for my previous post saying in one situation I can, on some level, understand why it's posssible to allow a BABY to die. I posted before that I, mrs buggerlugs and our 3 kids would welcome a new addition if these scum parents don't want their kids, send them to us!! We would welcome them!! Even on my pathetic teachers salary.

Bobcatfish. My comment means if she allowed this child to die or murdered him by not seeking medical or family or friends help this is the only way I'll not say "may she rot in hell"!!! I wouldve thought my comment was pretty straight forward. Please present an arguement that allows a child to be murdered!! Until then... In this society if she was raped she would have few to turn too for help. So my comment stands, that is the only scenario I'll not damn her!! I forgot before. Sorry but I'll always stop and help a lost kid. So will my wife. We once saw a kid about 3 yrs old stepping into the road and back. The local Japanese just looked. Drivers avoided him. I stopped our car and went to him. His dad had left him waiting at the lights while he went to a shop. He threatened to call the police on me cause I refused to let him take the child cause he was obviously unfit to be a father. When the police arrived I demanded they arrest him so did mrs buggerlugs. Of course they refused. Good on this truck driver, I wish more were like him (and no perverts!!)

I use the word "Eurasian" for my kids and anyone who calls them half gets a facts explained to them and they usually begin using the term eurasian instead. Educate the heathens is my philosyphy. Half is what? Half a person? Half true race? Half human? Half gaijin? Yes don't use that phrase around the buggerlugs family we will laugh at you and ask you to explain it then we will educate you. Don't degrade yourself by accepting half from ignorant people, educate them. The true races name is Eurasian (European+Asian) afroasian (African desent+Asian) etc Eurasian is what my kids are.

His cab maybe clean but checker are the worst drives of any company!! I nearly got hit 3 times yesterday on my bike by the same cab trying to get ahead of traffic. So many people were honking at him his customer finally got out and took another. Beware of checker, they bad!! Got videos to prove it.
