The fact that Australia is poor at keeping secret data secret is well known and for that reason the US will not share highly secret information with the country.

The PM's trousers seem a little long given the folds near the bottom. Anyone know how tall the PM is? Perhaps the cherry blossom queens have to be shorter than he is in order to win.

How many celebrities throw the first pitch and it hits the ground before the plate? Nearly every one. Of course when they are female Japanese celebrities it's almost inevitable, but this time with Hanks I think he was told to throw short. How could he mess it up when he had practice throws in the bullpen?
Then the question is "why are they told to pitch badly?" Perhaps it's to avoid embarrassment of the Japanese batter if he strikes.

Such advertising campaigns might seem crazy to us, but companies wouldn't spend all that money making CMs if they didn't work. Most cup noodle buyers I see in supermarkets are young (and presumably single) women, and a scantily-clad good-looking guy like Yoshio would appeal to them.

If this comes to Japan, I'll be interested to see what title they give it (after input from Japanese historians). "Fiction Man" perhaps.

Mino Monta himself should buy the islands back! Apparently with all of his TV appearances and radio shows he was pulling in about 600 million yen a year for god knows how many years (that's more than the emperor gets!). Unless he's been drinking and partying it all away, he's easily one of the richest people in Japan.

I have a DS and I have no intentions of upgrading to the DSi. Using my R4 I'm also able to "download software from the internet" (wink, wink, nudge, nudge). Speaking of the R4, I don't think they will work with the DSi, unless ones have been developed. Anyone know anything about this?
I think I'll wait until the next version is released, which supposedly will have two touch screens (http://forums.techarena.in/video-games/1032787.htm)

I imagine these false passports and alien cards would show the holder has permanent residence? I can't imagine someone just having a 3-year visa and having to pay 1 mil yen each 3 years to get it re-forged.

As I understand it, if you eat all the lemon drops in the stick you get 1000mg, or 1g of vitamin C. The wikipedia entry for vitamin C says that when you take large doses of vitamin C you can get diarrhea and indigestion. But it helps iron absorption, which would be good for women as they tend to be iron deficient (due to menstruation).

Next it'll be restaurants serving special KonKatsuDon and RiKatsuDon to give customers good luck. But seriously, nobody wants to feel they've been "hunted" into a marriage, that would sound like you've been trapped and caught. In my time in Japan I've met some women who are seriously into finding a guy to marry, and they will act all cutesy or whatever. Nobody wants to marry an actor like that, or the other kind who are all businesslike with no love involved ("I marry you, then we have kids, then you work the rest of your life in a dead end job to support us" etc)
