Islamic law allows only 3 festivals.Mothersday or valentine day,newyears day etc are prohibited s per Sharia.I am quoting a renowned Islamic Fatwa expert "Shaykh Muhamamd ibn Saalih ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) was asked about celebrating Mother’s Day and he replied:
All celebrations which differ from the Eids prescribed in Islam are innovated festivals which were not known at the time of the righteous salaf, and may also have come from the non-Muslims, in which case as well as being an innovation (bid’ah) they are also an imitation of the enemies of Allaah. The festivals which are prescribed in Islam are well known to the Muslims: they are Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, and the weekly “Eid” of Jumu’ah. There is no other festival in Islam apart from these three. All the festivals that have been invented apart from these are to be rejected because they are innovations and are false according to the laws of Allaah, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Whoever introduces anything into this matter of ours that is not part of it will have it rejected,” i.e., it will be thrown back at him and will not be accepted by Allaah. According to another version: “Whoever does any deed that is not part of this matter of ours will have it rejected.” All other religions are called enemies of Allah. Jews and Christians are given higher pedestal while Hindus and Budhist Idol worshipers are way below and fit for Jihad.

The terrorists came by rubber dinghies after hijacking a fishing trawler and beheading the fisherman owner which they used as the mother ship. The attack at Railway station and killing about 100 innocent INDIANS seem to be a decoy attack to divert the ATS (anti-terrorist squad)of mumbai police.They killed the entirre top ATS leadership there. Their main target seem to be the Taj and Tirdent hotels and also may be some guests whom they wanted to take as hostages.They have accomplished their task. They had sattelite phones and constantly contacting karachi which is the headquarters of LET.It seems they had a dry run in 2007 and their target then was BARC the atomic centre of Mumbai. May be this also a dry run for actual attack on BARC. The local elections being on the local politicians and human rights activists always come in to support of the Muslim fundemntalists who give logistics support to LET.

Whether Japan likes it or not China has emerged with its INDEPENDENT foreign policy and domestic policy.While the world was following uSA, Chinese have wisely injected money into their common people and infrastructure while followers like Japan,EU and India are pumping money into banks and stocks which are going into swiss banks anyway.

Every country has a right to honour its war dead.Because japan was defeated by western powers the VICTOR wrote the history. If axis powers have won then everyone will be praising Hitler, Mussolini and Japanese kings. Japanese soldiers just obeyed orders as also German soldiers. Himmler is not considered war criminal while Hitler was. Let the ghosts lie and let the relatives of Japanese soldiers pay their respect in SILENCE.

Sir, Japan has the heighest suicide rate in the world. Though rich and educated, why this happens. In India also the heighest rate is in the state of Kerala with 100% education and better standard of living.does wealth and education make people take their own lives?

America has lost the moral authority when it elected leaders like Nixon,Bush etc. Musharaff is bulwark of Democracy and his army was given 10 billion US dollars but not Myanmar military junta(who donot suffer0 but the people of Myanmar suffer. whenaid is denied).US gave PL 480 food aid to India when we were aligned unofficially with soviet union.That requires moral courage. But today it FEARS ISLAMIC FUNDEMNTALISM but cannot help Democracy in India or its Muslims and so they are getting petro dollars and Saudi wahabism is flourishing.

Sir, When these socalled leaders of west ask Iran to halt Uranium enrichment, they donot explain to thinking people how Iran 1. A NPT signatory is able to make nuclear weapons using CIVILIAN enrichment which is under the IAEA supervision which is Iran specific? 2.Is IAEA safeguards so porus, then how come nearly hundreds of nations having CIVILIAN enrichment programme, allowed to continue uranium enrichment expcept Iran?
