  Poor couple. Hope they recover from this ordeal. Looks like India is becoming Rape Capital of the World. Women must be very careful while visiting India and avoid visiting alone and going out in the evening.

  @128Kbps its desnt mattter if it is LTE or 3G or 2G. DTI has much cheaper (490Yen/month) offering for 128Kbps 3G connection. http://dream.jp/mb/sim/

  For 1GB and 2 GB plan Biglobe has also similar offering. So overall there is nothing new or cheaper in the offering from Asahi except that the have English Customer service. http://join.biglobe.ne.jp/mobile/lte/

  I dont agree that the surge in profit is just due to iPhone factor. I think Softbank data plans are the cheapest and on cannot buy smartphone from Softbank without data plan.

  DoCoMo data plans are the most expensive and one can buy a smartphone without data plan (Saw many people including me using DoCoMo smartphone on wifi only) DoCoMo should consider cutting down price of its data plan and make it more competitive.

  few years back due to short circuiting of Sony has to recall millions of laptop batteries. Reason for short circuiting was accidental mixing of some metal debris.

  Whats great about ipad mini? Except the logo of world most valuable company its just an expensive piece of hardware with no GPS on wifi model low resolution, inferior maps. Buying Nexus7 or even new iPad are much better alternatives.

  Its sad that DoCoMo didnt go for the LTE version of the Galaxy Nexus. I hoped DoCoMo also brings the LTE version of the Galaxy Nexus so people can enjoy 24 hour free calls to DoCoMo users with the new Xi talk plan.
