South Korean singer BoA plans to soon release her first album in the U.S. featuring the single “Eat You Up.”

Who's eating who? She's nursing a broken arm from a "fall down the stairs" at her "office".

Not as cute as she's touted to be ? Man ! Some of us really takes things for granted when we have lived here for too long. She is hot mate.

Look I'll settle for less but when they're up there on stage they can expect a hard look over from my computer stonghold.

Probably she would not get high points in the "beautiful leg" competition

Nope. Bunch of sticks. Plus no chest...kind of frame you'd expect to see on a retiree or even Montgomery Burns. Mayama has better skin though, I'll give her that. Throw in dyed hair and wala, verging on representative of city crowd Japanese beauty.

Real Japanese beauties don't have to dye their hair.

Didn't I tell you I had a hard time reading the light grey quotes? No rest for the weary lol...

I don't know how you keep up with the crucial daily to-and-fro on JT then. Or is it thanks to the new shoes you wear at the computer desk?

Thanks for the advice, but I'm not so sure they'd look so good on me, plus they're a bit pricey.

I think you're being a bit hard on yourself. Go and get yourself a pair. You have to splash out once in a while anyway.

Are you serious Sarge? If you're having trouble reading the grey quotes, may I suggest a snazzy spair of specs designed by Masunaga Optical? The company makes Palin’s MP-704 glasses, designed out of titanium by Kazuo Kawasaki. I think they'd look good on you.

Butler said he was at a loss for words to describe Mayama.

Great answer. Gonna use that the next time I don't think someone or something is as cute as it's touted to be.

He was however reported to then follow it up with P.S. I love you.

That's not possible. If you agree with me here, you have to agree with Sushi.

I have to do no such thing.

Oy first of all Sarge you need to get nice shiny posts like mine, by using the quote function. Just copy what you want, paste it into the comment box, then drag over it and hit the quote button. There might be a simpler way but I'm not interested.

How do you know if the increase in orders for the MP-704 are insignificant? Maybe they've gone through the roof! And I've never heard a woman referred to as a dork before...

I know all, that's why. How hard is it for them to say they've had a 10 percent increase in sales, or a 15 percent increase, unless of course, they haven't. And yes this woman is a dork. Just trying to be politically correct.

Masunaga Optical sells 6,000 to 7,000 frames of the MP-704 model globally a year, she said, while declining to say how many orders it received since Palin was picked...

How convenient. Any immediate increase has been obviously insignificant. And with good reason. What a dork.

Why is this 'headline news' on a website about Japan? Surely this reference to other countries is not relevant. But you've got me clicking the mouse and that is relevant to some people isn't it.

Kawano has denied the allegations but says he just touched her shoulder

Going down perv. Guilty as charged. Shoulder means breast, just as hip means buttock.

Cow Parade Tokyo Marunouchi 2008...that's quite a meaty title. But it has been running all year. And last year. And the year before that...only they aren't running, I should add. Just filing in droves.

I hereby also declare my interest in the above position. I will however be seeing to the construction of a highway from outside my house to the convenience store which is 3 minutes away by bicycle, and then said highway will do several loops and remain unfinished somewhere inconvenient for someone else. And when I get caught not using it, I will apologise and pledge to amend my ways and then some more blah blah.

Exactly. Took her a week to get those 20 signatures, or baseballs or weather forecasts or whatever else she likened them to, then got all grumpy when the reporters played her little word games back and she couldn't vague herself out of the situation anymore.

Geez I wonder if Aso will win this nomination. Why would you want it though, and be at the helm when the LDP loses its grip for more than 10 months for the first time.

Koike and others are showing their faces and circling for spoils. Something Aso was doing not too long back.

Double that to 6000 women and the music might become tolerable.

It's because the old guys are not cute. Why even Palin (a non-Japanese politician in a non-Japanese country) garners more interest. And did you know her cool specs were designed by a Japanese, oh my god! Now that's some nice headline news this morning. If that Aso got a pair of those Japanese-designed glasses that Palin wears I'd bother to vote for the pork barrel to plunge the country further down the toilet.
