Aussie rules footy. It ticks all the boxes. But it is difficult, for those who didn't grow up with it, to understand. The perfect game was last night Collingwood v Cats.

I don't know you, but in future it may pay not to post these types of comments unless you know all the facts or post all the facts you know. The man who passed away lost his father about 2 years ago to the same cause, very good chance it is hereditary. I knew these two men very well. I am not syaing the cause is not from Fuku Dai 1 but.... I to have returned to my country and am worried about my wifes family and many friends I have made in the area but lets not make it worse than what it is. In no way am I trying to make this a lecture and I am sorry if I upset you but this post. take car

poinofview: Yes they should be kicked out, but this is Japan and once they are in they are in for good. I also work in a BOE and have seen a fair share of pathetic excuses for teachers. Once I had a vice principal who often fell asleep at his desk! He may have had a medical problem, I don't know. And at the end of the year when they assign teachers to new classes there was one teacher who they couldn't rely on to be the homeroom teacher, so they made him head of the teachers in the staffroom. And on the other hand the teacher don't know where they stand these days. It is a very gray area, if they are too tough on the bullies, the parents come down on them like a bag of s&%$, but this is another problem, and the good teacher is forced to quit or takes stress compo. Often the bad kids come from the loud mouth, monster parents who don't give their kid enough affection at home. What to do??

to alladin and warallthetime, get off sakurala's back. This person is working in Hikone and is giving us the scoop, if you like, on what is happening, WITH THIS STORY!! Or maybe you didn't see the post from sakurala; Forgot to metnion...I am teaching in Hikone If this is so I appoligise.
alladin, why be offensive; alladin said If what you said is true, then why is it that there is still a lot of bullying going on with an increase of teen suicides!! I think before you make a comment like you did, you should read the daily news that pertains to this subject. isn't this bulling!!

to ebisen, you said, A 5 year old can not normally use the seatbelt without proper support (height raising special pillow or seat) Well, My 3rd son has just turned 5 and he can strap himself in no problems and he uses a booster seat as well. I guess it depends on what you as a parent think is important to teach your children. Start young and they soon learn, I don't think 5 year olds in my home country have any problems as well. It's just not part of the Japanese lifestyle to strap kids in, I still can't get my wife to enforce it when I'm not around. We can only do our best.

Firstly I can't believe this isn't one of the top stories??? This type of crime seems to be on the increase here in Japan. When I first came to Japan I also thought that bathing with kids is wierd, but and a big BUT once I had kids I started doing it. I take a bath with my 3 kids almost every night. It's one of the best times of the day in our house, we talk about many things and the kids ask questions non stop. If I didn't do it I'm sure we wouldn't be bonding as well as we are. It's a good way to relax and wind down after a busy day for as all.
