Aso should contribute to the development of Japan first. By that I mean the Japan outside of Tokyo. How about some town planning? Sidewalks would be nice. Trash bins, street lighting, street NAMES. You know, the kind of thing that many cities and towns in 'poor' Africa take for granted.

Let's hope that the site, if it ever gets up, includes community languages. English, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese & Tagalog are the largest groups of languages other than Japanese used in Japan.

I won't be holding my breath waiting for them, though.
