  I admit assuming that there wouldn't be misjudges, what I say is that weak evidence are not supposed to be considered when applying such a penalty, if your point is that we cannot garantee ultimate justice then I agree with you.

  For me I prefer death than living the rest of my lifetime locked in some prison knowing I'll never get out or see a street again, in this case I say death is merciful. And come on, those who r sentened to death are supposed to be criminals, murderes, heartless…
