These Palin articles are a joke. She's the best thing to happen to happen to JT since the Iraq War.

Obama's campaign is illegally taking in millions from foreign donors.

The fake Greek temple columns for Obama's DNC speech cost 5 million dollars.

But yeah, we need to look at Sarah's wardrobe and the story of some bureaucrat loser who quit his job and is blaming the governor.

Cuz we were doing so well under Carter, weren't we.

Obama more rational? His religiosity is freakin me out. This guy is delusional.

"It is completely amazing how anyone here could come out batting for the top 5 percent income earners."

And it is completely amazing how Lefties think that when they violate the first principle of free association and punish the more accomplished in a free society with the burden of taxes they thereby transform garden variety jealousy of their betters into a something noble.

"A report issued by Baker Heart Institute in June found that obesity was the major threat to Australia’s future health, with an estimated nine million of the 21 million population obese or overweight."

Sounds like an epidemic of 'overbesity', as it is sometimes called in North America.

Lot of fat pikers any way you slice it.

Then let's have everyone's tax dollars go towards addressing said health problems. Let's not talk about governance in the best interests of the country and certainly don't utter the L word.

Hey, maybe the 'L-word' is lard.

This stat completely nullifies the popular image Aussies have of themselves as ecologically progressive. There is no way you can put away that much grub without adversely affecting the environment.

Obama reneged shamelessly on his pledge to use public financing.

What makes people think he won't implement much more confiscatory tax policies than what he and the likes of George Soros have cooked up?

Add to that the completely cavalier attitude Pelosi, Reid and Schumer have displayed these last few months, where their casual comments have sparked runs on banks and in Reid's case the stock of the entire insurance sector, and we are looking at a frightening future for America and by extension the entire world.

"To be honest 150,000 is a bit waaaaay to much for an average fiscal conservative to be wasting on themselves now is it not?"

Ultimately, the clothes Gov. Palin wore belong to the RNC.

    They might go to charity.

With Palin's popularity they might be auctioned.

Judging from the reaction on this thread I wouldn't be surprised if some of the regulars here buy up her discarded togs.

Meanwhile, the mainstream media ignores the illegal millions Obama is getting from overseas donors.

    Sink or swim?

First they need to look at who gave em the push off the deep end.

American 'liberals' dream of remaking the country in the image of W Europe.

Odd to think that with the toxic loans US Democrats flooded the economy with by forcing banks to provide loans to customers who would have been ineligible in a sane world, pols like Barney Frank, Harry Reid,Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama (received from F Mae and F Mac more money in less time than anyone currently in office) have sewn what could well be the seeds of the EU's destruction.

"GOP High Command must be rolling the the aisles at how they have screwed over their supporters yet again." The GOP Implosion of '08 just gets funnier!"

    "High Command"?

What gets funnier and funnier is watching non-Americans make fools of themselves as they obsess over US politics.

I particularly enjoyed reading how the one above, who barely knows anything about the two main parties or their history, nonetheless casually refers to the one he says he despises as "the GOP".

I'm trying to get worked up about this.

    Really, I am.

The only thing that impresses me is how the media looks even sillier here than they did delivering the bombshell revelation that Alaska's Governor Palin sometimes - get this - uses a tanning bed.
