seen half an episode....seen them all... It's a drama, much like any other Japanese, Korean, British, Australian, Canadian soap opera type piece of #$%?%&*@: Anyway, I'm sure it makes for great entertainment for those who enjoy being stuck in the city all their lives. I for one if were rich enough would live on a luxury cruiser and travel the world.

where would he do time if convicted? Would the US tax payers pay for his jail time or would he be extradited back to Japan where he would stand trial and be released again?

Actually it was more to do with the sex scandal, the photo just proved it. The idiot BF had his own blog which talked about his time at the hotel. Fans founds his site, another idiot hacked the girls webpage and uploaded the purikura pic. Fans got pissed off and attacked the webpage, friends of hers fight back. Things get out of hand and the agency thought it best to just get rid of her as stated in her contract. Just another typical day for the Geinoukai. http://akb48-kikuchi-ayaka.seesaa.net/article/104776404.htmlhttp://bero33bero.cocolog-nifty.com/blog/

Pukey2> good guess, it wasn't a kid thing (parents were also bit pissed off so cancelled her mobile back in June - I did a google) Safe to say she won't be missed with so many others to fill her spot.

indeed, if the media think they can do whatever they want, show whatever they want, how they want, when they want (which they already do), but now with even more motives behind, with greater consequences, with more people watching and with no conscience then we just know what they are capable next.

well you can't fake the actual fireworks (even if it didn't turn out exactly how they wanted it to be), but they did insert, delete, mix, modify, manipulate and trick TV watchers which to me is just typical of a fake live broadcast (especially with "LIVE" in the top right hand corner of the TV set). It goes to show you can't believe even live broadcasts of a supposed sacred sports event. Who cares if the fireworks were slightly off on not up to par, I can't believe one would feel the need to trick TV spectators around the globe just to look good. Go China Go!!

wow, only took them a few years to copy Glico (Men's Pocky). Maybe they should try something new like Toppo for Gaijin.

sure it will, just not how the Chinese think it will. More and more insider info will leak out, the gov will try to hold down the media with marginal success, the Internet will reveal more gov bribes and corruption which will bring about even more riots, etc. Finally the world will see China opening up and taking some responsibility for their actions. But that will probably after a few more Olympics...

I would guess it costs just under $200 or they charge a premium at $300

what good is that? You get to record the accident happening? Escalators are pristine pieces of engineering and technology, maintenance is what counts and more fail safes are needed. Perhaps something new altogether is needed like linear technology.

I thought that was the whole point. Why else do apparel and cosmetics pump out all the skimpy commercials this time of the year.

dude, it's the summer vacation. I probably didn't sleep the first 3 nights with my first computer. Let the kid hack away at the keyboard, eventually he will conk out. As for playing computer games non-stop until your dizzy or throw-up, well thats pretty much what I did through my teenage years as well as reading manga into the early mornings. Uni was probably worse since now everyone was doing the same thing that I mastered over the years. We vampires just hate the bright sun of the Japanese summer. It's got to be better than not knowing where you kid is at night rooming the streets...

who cares if global warming is real or not as long as the debate triggers major changes in the way we humans live on the planet. Getting rid of all harmful emissions and pollutants, eco friendly technology, more energy efficient products and safer ones, cost effective life style, less dependency on oil, and the list just goes on and on. In the last few years we humans have finally put our head together to sort out an existing global problem real or not. Perhaps this change in mentality will bring about a new age.
