    I think you misread "niacinamide", which is an ingredient in Real Gold (and by extension, Real Kiaida). Niacinamide is more commonly known as "Vitamin B3".

    Real Kiaida is basically Real Gold with an extra blast of caffeine. A really hefty blast of caffeine. When I tried it, I was jittery for more than an hour afterwards.
