Why is it Japan seems to have so many unbalanced people ???? im curious ?? The world is full of weirdos but Japan seems to always produce criminals who have "issues". LIke bushlover said, that kid will probably grow up (assuming he survives) and be another crackpot.. maybe another "run down the street stabbing people" type character or a back alley child molester... ooooh and from the rest of the word perspective a "gomen letter" does not cut it when you stab your kid in the neck...
