Because EVERYTHING is well prepared in Japanese for them! For example look at the Software industry ... a new product is made and it is in English for every country, except for Japan, they also get a localization in Japanese ... because nobody would buy the product here if it was in English. For Japan EVERY thing needs to be translated into Japanese or it fails on the Japanese market. While this is not the first reason, it adds to the situation.

@medievaltimes: Very true and then in some cases they either go kill themselves or they kill/attack others, destroy flowers or crash with their car into a group of elementary school students. I guess it has partly to do with their history with harakiri and dying with honor etc. Japanese should value life much more and take negative comments about them less serious.

The problem with cosplay is that it usually looks cheap, unless they use alot of SM style leather and latex material ... and look decent ... unlike the ones in the photo.

It's funny to see that even governments try to go into dead-end solutions all the time instead of doing the right thing ... fix the problems that lead to low birth rates, the work stress, the high expenses of raising children etc. Opening mass immigration instead leads to hundreds of new problems. It doesn't need a genius to see that.

I salute you, realist! In fact if Clinton becomes the new President, things will get worse. It also has shown in several questionings that she is ducking 80% more times from questions asked to her than with Obama. In fact Obama is a pretty downright guy, that's what I like about him. So either go vote Obama or McCain (if you prefer more war) but not Clinton!
