How about reducing the size of the picture on the main page and allowing the two colums of stories to run side by side? I can't deal with the mayhem and the jig-jag currently going on. My first whiskey of the day is a lot earlier now just to deal with it. When you click on the picture it's big enough anyway, with the only exception being photoshopped and chopped pics of Ebi-chan.

I don't like the new design. It's awkward. The main stories in each section are all over the place and there's not much point to showing half the first sentence after the headline, that's annoying mostly and just consumes space. This site is kind of ugly now. The previous one was simple yet had style.

Just came on here interested to see that there were 185 comments. Just found out that 101 of those were from me and are not funny. Sorry.
Looking at the reduced volume in posts in the rest of this site, I don't think the new format is going over well at this point. Cleo mentioned the Recent Messages function; also the quote, bold and italic functions have not yet been re-installed, suggesting a focus away from posts and as many others have mentioned, an increased focus on advertising in one form or another. They are running a business so fair enough, but the new approach may also see less people coming, and that will be self-defeating in the long-term.

I can't wait until March 27.
Although I thought the band Greeeen took things a bit too far, here they've gone and upped the ante to 8 e's, and are setting a dangerous precedent which could see lock jaw on the rise.

It's offensive and hurts my eyes. The bright blue links are hard to see and the burning red tabs are something I'd expect to see on the mainland. Plus the comment font is too small, making it hard for me to re-read my own comments. All tell-tale signs of getting old I guess. Well I have turned 30. All downhill from here.
