Witney was (is) famous for her 40 or more seconds longs acapella intros, but Adele can perform whole songs acapella or companied by a piano playing cords... I do believe she (Adele) is the second best singer of the past 100 years, after my favourite, Janis Joplin...

Kwbrow - working as a flying waitress for ANA does not mean she was educated nor that she was smart. Most probably, the reason for killing her son is that she couldn't bear leaving her high profile world traveler job and become a mother...

Well, I witnessed this happening in my campus as well (close to 10 years ago). As a foreigner (was barely speaking the language, but I am tall, good looking, skinny and with something Latin in me :) ) I had no problems, while most Japanese students were gay looking, closed mouths weaklings who stood no chance... I guess the mother complex at it's finest is showing the first time when the boy is away from "okaachan"....

Well at my interview for a foreign company (engineering position), I've been grilled on hot charcoal for about two hours by two guys (both senior engineers), and a hr guy. I was convinced they were interested (otherwise they wouldn't spend 6 man hours on me, and two weeks later I was informed that I got the contract.

There was not even one"standard interview question" during it, making me to understand that people who write books about how to do good at interviews did not so well themselves...

Yes, refined carbohydrates can increase your risk of diabetes 2. So much of the healthy diet of Japan

Well, it is the healthiest I know... Just compare the slim people of Japan, with the whales needing two seats to sit down, that populate the streets of USA, will tell you the difference..

If you know a country with a healthier diet, let me know - and argument it...

Just imagine how dirty must it have been in order to get moldy. It is a cold and dry winter, one really has to struggle to grow mold in these conditions...

I truly hope they are successfully doing this. Mitsubishi surely had their investment returned many times over until now. At the first sign of trouble they are doing this... Just as stinky as the "travelling factories" of nokia...

Wonders why they can not remove the fuel? That would stop any reaction.

LOL it's so simple, isn't it ?.. Wonder how the engineers working there haven't thought of this before ;)?

Nobody can get even within 100 meters from the fuel for more than a few minutes without being zapped. There are many tons of it, possibly embedded in the steel walls of a huge pot (the reactor), possible even burning it's way through the foundations of the same pot. It is under many meters of hot water, and removing the water will cause it's whole mass to reach around 500 degrees Celsius within one day. It will take around 10-15 years for the fuel to drop to less than 100 degrees Celsius without active cooling (but it will still be able to kill a man at 20-30 meters distance)... The reactors will have to be opened (without letting out harmful radiation) and provided that the fuel is still there, it will have to be insulated and transported out chunk by chunk... As of now, there is no tool, remote controlled robot, etc, that can do this job...

Yeah, football events in Europe (I have to say, especially in Italy and great Britain) are the places where the scum of the scum gathers... I wouldn't make attending such games "a nice weekend afternoon with the family", as no one would bring a child our a wife tool such stadiums...

China actions sound like 1984 (if somebody doesn't know what 1984 stands for, Google it and read the book).

"it's not necessary to change the future, just change the past". I'm ready to bet anything that China will soon claim that those island were in fact inhabited by Chinese even before Japan existed as a country, AND produce a proof for this claim...

    Yeah right...

Greece had proved of being incapable of managing their own country, dragging everybody down in the mess. One old proverb to be followed by their politicians says:
