Use Linux. I have no sympathy for businesses loosing millions of dollars or even going bankrupt because of virus attacks. Their IT department should have known better, and do a better job at convincing wood-headed bosses that Linux is the way to go.

amazingly how western countries are quick to blame countries like Romania for their treatment of gypsies (huge groups of immigrants), but then act even more miserably towards immigrants themselves. It is far easier for them to "talk" about immigration than "do something " about it.

Personally I do believe noone should be allowed to starve and noone should have to steal for food - but I don't agree with using a 9 year old child for this.
At least (I hope) they didn't find any cigarettes or alcohol in his backpack - but only strictly necessary items.

I saw this happening myself (I hit someone with a ball similar with a baseball - my throw was 10 meters over the average of others - about 45 meters in total). Ouch - the guy immediately felt to the ground and vomited... Indeed, not a pretty sight.

This did happened many years ago (just look at Ilie Nastase ;) ) - but that guy when he was not The Genius he was The Clown - everybody expected something from him, and I think he launched the "demonstrative, for entertainment only" tennis games. Incidentally, he seldom got punished (more than making him pay fines) for what he was doing but he never behaved with the arrogance shown by Williams here...

What people fail to see here is that tennis is not boxing or wrestling or football, it is still supposed to be a gentleman/lady's sport. That is, it is not enough to play well, one still has to BEHAVE on the court in order to win.
Pete Sampras was always very polite and accepting decisions without complaining. A long silent look from him at the umpire meant 1000 times more than the screams of a hysteric Williams, and umpires usually got it immediately.

YoYo Ma forgot his 300 Million Yen Cello in a taxi once - luckily the driver immediately returned it. I'm not sure how famous or talented this girl is, so I won't comment on her playing such a valuable instrument, but I think we're all sure now how careless she is.
Am I too bad if I say she probably doesn't deserve such an instrument?

ilcub and ossan - while what he did was bad, what those women did was far worse... think about the punishment cheating ladies should get, by applying your logic here.

jean - you wrote:
If you read and understood my mail you would have seen the problem.. Would you pay 25% for it if it had English language menu and manuals in Japan? Amazingly how customers suddenly loose all traces of intelligence when it comes to ask for something for free and say "it is no problem to give me that for free"...

bdaniel08 - even if there are thousands of potential customers (which I strongly doubt) it was obviously not feasible to support them in Japan. Besides the software cost you'll need an English manual and local English support - impossible to do in this low cost economics... Let me put it the other way - would you and your thousands of friends pay 25% more for this camera if it had all the above-mentioned items? BTW - I'm a gaijin myself, just that I can read and write Japanese... :)

Gaijin - do you actually know the cost of the English menu in Japan? I guess it's much better not to care about the 100 or so potential customers who can't read Japanese....

bgudry - having a bad day or somethin'? IMHO this device shows exactly how eco-oriented Japanese are - solving a problem (even if it's not one for the gaijins) and saving "gallons of water"... OTOH I know I would have be better without hearing some guys here, farthing and sh**ting like diarrhoeic horses on a bad day. Helps keeping the food from flying away the wrong hole...

womanforwomen - screaming at the father in this situation is pretty asinine, don't you think? He was probably few tens of meters away and by the time he returned everything was finished.
Why would this make him such bad father and how do you conclude he is selfish and such, without even knowing them and being there?
AT LEAST he brought his family out for a nice picnic in the nature...
