what a mess... this virtually should not happen with such a super-computerised ship. More and more I start believing the captain's story that the maps were wrong...

Those seats can't catch fire unless they are drenched in fuel (then the fuel will burn, not the seat itself). So it is either deliberate, or it is something else (seat entertainment?)

This should/can be an emergency if the person calling is so depressed he/she it contemplating suicide for example... I wouldn't classify these calls as "pranks"...

I just love this phrasing.... I'm on my knees, with my face kissing the ground, saying: "Oh thank you Apple, for in your Greatness you are allowing me the use a product I bought from you the way I want, thank you, thank you, thank you"...

I have absolutely no problem with this. The question is, is it legal?

Does the state have the right to track me without an obvious and clearly stated focused reason (Not the default:"Monitoring all gaijin for crime prevention", but a specific one for ex.: "Monitoring Ebisen for internet porn abuse")...

yurekita :)) LOL - I use Namazu Alert for android, and after the author ironed out the odd bugs last year it is very stable and reliable.

viking - I can't see why having windows (and why not - Linux) drivers and an API open (remember the xbox is also a simplified windows device) would have harmed the sales, and not improved them... I bought it, although I use exclusively Linux on my machines, just to have some fun with it...

elvensilvan - you can't judge victims and their families, unless you are personally involved. As long as you are fortunate enough not to experience such tragedies, you can't really comment on the victims' reactions.

Well, keep it toned down... We don't need more tourists in the wonderful Kujuukuri-hama, Sotobo area... It's peace and quiet and I want it to stay like that in the future as well...

It's already, with hacked drivers, both on WIndows and on Linux (my favorite).

Typical Microsoft, make a GREAT product (the Kinekt is IMHO the most innovative computer related product of the past years), and then lock it down to one device (the xBox). Kinect has so many applications outside the gaming world, it is beyond me how this lock was approved and how the other opportunities were not seen by Microsoft...
