Tulip beds with their bright colors are supposed to be seen and cherished especially that it symbolizes early spring, not to be chopped up. Insensitive and incompassionate people like you and the perp of course dont understand that.

the fact that he drugged the girl is evident enough that he's carrying some hidden agenda with him. if she suddenly jumped out of the car as he was saying, the immediate impulse was for him to stop the car and chase the girl and he would've easily catched her…
