If the police had just stopped the engine and taken out the key, nothing could have happened. Also this is better for the environment (idling stop campaign). However, if the car battery is too weak (unlike Prius), after some time, one has to be careful that there is still enough charge to restart the engine.

If such a truck is nearby I open the windows of my car and increase the volume of the music I am listening to. Then I try to find the balance.

If they would say, "we stop the noise if you take part in the voting", then maybe the number of interested voters goes up.

It is possible to take a photo from the belly while still wearing bra and underwear. Then it might be even more beautiful, because it gives a better contrast.

Let's put it this way, I think this is more or less a non-story. Why? Where I come from (Germany) I have never heard of such incidents in the news. Maybe this is related to a more relaxed attitude towards nudity. At some regulated beaches especially in the eastern part and near East-sea and North-sea, it is allowed that people go naked into the water. Still, it is not OK to take pictures. But hey, no need to take pictures, because you can see the real thing.
On the other hand, adult magazines don't have the restriction related to pubic hair as in Japan. Once you have seen and it is easily available, it becomes less interesting.
Or thinking of carnival session. The women dancers are lifted high in the air and rotated so that the skirt is wide open to see ... grandmother like underwear, which does not reveal anything. And this is shown in normal TV during daytime.

I wonder about parallels. In the movie "night life in tokyo", a scene is shown, where a man is almost choked to get a stronger sensation. At the same time he is choking, also the blood flow to his brain is reduced. In this case, it is not so healthy.

Maybe one has to read backwards:

Then it is an effort in promoting strange music:

Or it might be related to gurd = (diet stomach).

Seems to be a copycat from the movie "3 angels for charlie, full throttle", which was last weekend on TV. In this movie though, the lady detective and the cutter were both riding moto-cross bikes. Also in the movie, the cutter was dressed in black, and had a black helmet.

This thing happened in the movable trays of the German Intercity. They had a magnet in the tray to keep it in locked position. Now, if you put a lap-top on, and the hard-disk spins while over the magnet, there was a good chance that the data was deleted.

Of course, my little boy (4 years) wears a helmet when riding on his bicycle. And so far, he is only allowed the roads in the neighborhood where only people are driving who are living there or have a business. Looking at the children of my Japanese neighbors, most of their children drive their bicycles without helmet. But still, I can give a good example to them.
