I wonder, GPS will work inside the university building?
Probably not! It might work outside in the green, but inside a ferro-concrete building there should be not enough reception.
So this idea of tracking will not work at all. Better to shoot an RFid tag into each students ear, and having RFid readers at the entrance of each lecture room.
Like one can do with pets.

As daily Yomiuri wrote in this morning issue, the problem is that Toyota was trying to INCREASE production the last years, to strive to become number one worldwide. They reached this target, and now they have 30% over-capacity. This is called a Pyrrhic victory. And now Toyota has to suffer from their bad decisions they made the last years before. No surprise, just management mistakes.

After the 12000 Yen stimulus comes the cut of the summer bonus in the order of 10 percent. Then for a bonus in the order of 1000000 Yen, the workers will loose 100000 Yen. That will be the opposite of a stimulus.
But still also Government Offices and related institutions will cut the bonus. Nice work to increase spending. NOT.

The reason, why VW is not so competitive in Japan is very simply: it is the price. In Japan, japanese made cars are more cheaper than imported cars. Just look at carsensor and compare the prices. On the other hand, Japanese makers in Germany match their prices to be almost same as their German counterparts, but having options like air-conditioning already included.

As I have seen the suspects picture, he had a light brown sweatshirt, his face has a small scar (maybe from pocks). His hair is not so long - several cm and sticking in all directions, not following the head contour. His skin color is a light brown. He does not have a beard, and no glasses. He does not have wrinkles in his face and also no double chin.
Basically his face looks plain.

And then on Saturday morning the police stopped many drivers, while it was raining and asked them, if they had seen the subject. I was stopped in my car on the way to the language school, too. They explained the situation to me, showed me a picture of the guy and wanted to see my driving license.
... and I felt sorry for the policemen standing outside in the rain.
