I love vacations in Japan. They should promote SKI holidays more - offer better package deals to Hokkaido and to Nagano areas. Also - Hokkaido is so lovely in summer. Tourists also love the many FESTIVALS, MATSURI etc in many places. We love SAKURA time. Tourists also love staying in RYOKAN. I suggest - SUPER SPECIAL LOWER JR RAIL PASS including the FAST shinkansen. The JAPAN AIRLINES tourist special DOMESTIC PASS was also VERY popular! Bring those back. They could offer incoming tourists low fee UPGRADE to PREMIUM ECONOMY which I did and I loved it! Maybe a special JAPAN FOOD CULINARY journey? OTARU was lovely! There's a few ideas.
Posted in: Why do tourists continue to stay away from Japan, despite the fact that there are many places of interest far away from the crisis-affected areas? What should Japanese tourism officials do to promote Japan as a safe destination?

As a music producer, I find that most jPOP girls cannot hold a note or sing in key. It's a surprising, annoying, but evidently popular Japanese trait. Most sounds over produced and sticks to a very uniform set pattern. They have a cute expression for this but I cannot remember it. The earlier stuff is much more original.

I've seen a lot of his work. Yagira has so much potential. I'm a film director myself and I know the presures on young actors. He needs to get away, clear his mind, travel and take a break. He'll be ok. His manager is to blame.

Cost in Australia: Average car $40,000 over 5 years + ALL Running costs = $75,000. 1 year = $15,000. 1 month= $1,200 . So, $600 to lease sounds good , but how much will the HYDROGEN FUEL cost ? Great idea!

One comment from an Aussie man sums up the rude Chinese attitude : "The agressive Chinese outnumbered the small but well behaved Tibetan group by 100 to 1. Unfortunately , this is a microcosm of the sad situation in Tibet." I saw chinese students, angry ,agressive, rude, pushing and screaming at the poor Tibetans , who were gentle and just trying to get their message across. Most Tibetans were overcome with greif, many crying openly.

I suggest watching both Clint Eastwood films : FLAGS OF OUR FATHERS and LETTERS FROM IWO JIMA. They are an important pair of films, honest and very well made and with deep messages.
Posted in: Back in the 1940s, every newspaper, every magazine, the movies, the radio, everything was geared that the Japanese were short, myopic, everyone wore glasses, they all had buck teeth, they were all interbred, they were rapists and they were just evil people. We had that drummed in our head. When I look at movies from the 1940s that I saw as a kid, they're absolutely ridiculous. You never saw such evil people.

Australia also proposes ZERO emission cars by 2020 that run on fuels other than oil. They look to Japan to supply the world with clean, cheap, re-cyclable cars for the whole world.
