This has been very common in Japan, for as long as I can remember. Every week? Or a few times a month... Murdered children by their own parents... These so called parents are very weak, they can't stand life's hardships. This type of crime has become a common thing in this country. Very sad.

I just want to share this. I, myself is a mother to a 5-year old. My daughter goes to a J Hoikuen (kindergarden), and I am worried my daughter is getting bullied in school. A boy, her classmate often pinch her arm, and recently tells her that whenever/wherever he sees me ("your gaijin mom" -the way he says it to my child), he's going to hurt me and kill me. This bothers my daughter so much, and she wouldn't let me go in her school in the morning. And she says she hopes I could wear something else so her bad classmate wouldn't recognize me. As a foreigner, I just don't know how put myself together, and talk to the teachers and tell them what's going on. A lot of suicidal acts of children in Japan did start from bullying, but no one is taking it seriously. They're all acting as if it's okay.

I don't think a foreigner did this. Could be the son who survived. Wallet untouched, he is lying about the robbery attempt.

That's exactly how it works here in Japan. Parents kill their children because they can't take care of them, or they are too noisy. Children kill their parents. And usually they kill themselves once they get tired. Huh, what a crazy way of ending life's hardships. What will happen to this country in the next 10 years?

Have you heard of Charice Pempengco? A young Filipina singer from the Philippines, is now building a career in the United States. I guess with the right choice of people who would help a talented person make it big in America, plus a great voice, nothing is impossible. Oops, I'm not really into music or whatsoever, I can't even tell what's pop and what's not. It's just that, Charice is also from Asia.
