Unless it escaped you, non-Christians can be good, moral people too."

Actually the most decent and moral people I know are atheists. They don't possess the judgemental attitudes and hatred towards other religions or races that many religious types have. If anyone believes in a god who influences everything that happens in this world, inflicted death and destruction on undeserving children on March 11, then you need to serioulsy address your beliefs.

When you thank god every night for your health and happiness, also thank him that he gave that other Christian kid cancer and not you. The hyprocisy is stupifying.

Fukushima is far from contained. We are seeing massive contamination of the ocean, air and ground in the region.

Showing respect indeed. What have they done to earn respect? They didn't earn their title or place in society. Like all royalty, they're born into it or marry into it. How sad and archaic.

We don't have any safe levels of radiation.

A complete fallacy. We constantly live with safe levels of radiation around us.

The United States, ranked lower than Ghana, Chili and Egypt, a top football nation in the world? Hilarious!!!

Not nearly as hilarious as your spelling. It's "Chile", just so you know

Roomtemperature - if you can only measure a keeper's measure by his team's league standing. You clearly lack the ability to assess what makes a good keeper or not. I rest my case

Schwarzer is good, but not world-class.

I would've thought being the starting keeper of a club in a world-class league like the EPL would constitute him being "world-class". Some people are just hard to impress hey?

What a stomach-churning cliched "ballad." It just keeps on repeating itself and never seems to end. The toilet analogy would be best used to describe where this song belongs.

I thought the "World" in "World Series" referred to a newspaper that sponsored the finals series at the time. The newspaper - called The World Report (I think) - sponsored it only if it could attach it's name to it. Hence the World Series.

A famous urban myth however it's not true

There is no way that steal structures fall like they did in 911

Well how about "steel structures" then? Is that how they spelled it at your quaint little conspiracy club meeting?

Keep it simple people. Apply Occam's razor if you will. The lunatics who think an incompetent administration like the Bush administration could pull it off, generally believe in things like the moon landings were faked, the world is being run by an illuminati made up of reptilian hybrids and the list goes on. They just want to think every major event is a conspiracy. Let them live in the bizarre fantasy land and be done with it. It's hard, if not impossible to argue with irrational people.

Typical J-dude! Shy about using English. His rants to hype up the American League team for the All-Star game while in the locker room away from the press are in English and are legendary. From what I've heard, they'd make a sailor weep.

“I think my personality is more Tokyo. I’m always surprised when I go back there. People will just start talking to me on the street, and I think, ‘Do I know you?’ That definitely doesn’t happen in Tokyo.”

So in essence, you're admitting you're a snob.

The incident came to light after the mother of one of the girls became suspicious after noticing her daughter had a lot of cash, and informed police.

Finally! I'm always wondering what parents of schoolgirls engaged in enjo kosai are doing when their daughter comes home with outrageously expensive brand name products. Don't they ever suspect something? They aren't buying them with that 700 yen/hr part-time job. Good to see the parents caring for a change!

"Unseasonably warm winter"? Maybe the last week has been warmer than average but overall it's been just as cold if not colder than the last few years. At least where I live anyway.
