Surely you don't believe ODA is for benefiting the other countries? Its for subsidizing the japanese heavy-industry and construction business. Bids for ODA projects are restricted only to japanese companies.

I got an invalid sim message when I tried to use the sim from my company's W41CA on-call phone in my W42H and vice-versa.

(of course, I could use either of the SIMs in a nokia…

Barking up the wrong tree. The big source of data leaks in Japan is not from insecure company laptops, its from companies that don't plan sufficient budgets for their staff's equipment and forces them to take data home and use it on their own virus-ridden zombie machines.

The features I find missing are: 1. No IR port for exchanging contacts, 2. Lack of vibe/sound for an incoming mail (third-party apps can give this though). No felica - don't care. No one-seg - don't care.
