Sorry for the above post. I just confirmed it. In english it is called "Tokyo Sky Tree" and in Japanese they named it "Shin Tokyo Tower". So Japanese will call it "Shin Tokyo Tower".

For me calling it 'Shin Tokyo Tower' is better than 'Tokyo Sky Tree'.
