Since I came to Japan 8 years back I am always screaming that hospitals/medical institutions in Japan cheating both public and governement. And I know all doctors and dentists are doing this in Japan. For instance, for regular cold or fever they will never treat you in a single visit…

shouldn't use taxpayer's money to support them when they are dying away in hospitals.

For your kind information smokers is the largest tax payers. they pay around 50% of cigarette cost as just tax. and that tax goes to governement which they use for public like you.
