actually, it is in greece's long term interest to leave the euro instead of continuring to put the screw to the greek people until they are bled dry by austerity. tsipras was elected on a anti-austerity platform so it is only natural that he go back to his constituents if he did not succeed in negotiating what he was elected for.

while her working is admirable, why don't her parents? the girl is probably working in a convenience store or something like that, why can't they? i suppose if i was getting money for not working, why bother?
also, i curious about the basis for the court's decision. i certainly hope the court didn't arbitrarily decide not to enforce the law. it would be unfair to all those people who decide not to work cause it would reduce their welfare payout.

her husband was a liar and she's a liar. unfortunately, the republicans are not any better.why do these people keep getting elected? if any of you had done what they had done, you'd be out of a job or in jail (unless you were a bankster)

the problem is professional politicians. they make their living by getting elected and get elected by spending money to pander to their constituents. don't have the money, no problem, borrow it and raise taxes on "the rich", i think "the rich" nowadays are defined as making something a bit over $100,000?

unfortunately, he won't be charged with murder cause he had no intent to murder. the reason they can charge him with murder in other countries is that they have laws implying intent, i.e. if you hurt or kill someone while committing a crime, it is implied that you intended to do so.

just means she's more discreet
but considering she's getting about ￥100,000,000 / year, in salary and perks, she should be at least be showing up and doing her job! most company presidents, even for large listed companies, don't get paid that much and do much more. hard to have any respect for politicians.

where is the money coming from? i hope not my pocket, although pretty sure it will be. also pretty certain its not any politicians' pocket, god forbid.
i certainly hope they aren't going to give cash to the parents like the DPJ tried to do. who know's where that gets spent. i'm pretty sure not the kids.

just who are the "weathy" that they intend to target anyway? the highest tax bracket is about ￥18,000,000/year. is that weathy? government spending keeps growing which crowds out investment needed for growth. what really needs to happen is to cut the size of government but it'll never happen cause all the japanese people expect the government to take care of them.
