what they really need to do is make obviously frivolous calls to police/emergency services a crime with mandatory jail time and/or fines. the problem is the police will enforce it for about a month and then forget about it.

they are entitled to their free speech but my question is why the police don't stop them when they run stop lights which impunity. i mean these buses go barrelling thru redlights long after the light has changed and the police do nothing.
anyone wanna bet that these journalists are trying to enter on a tourist visa? if they are here for the summit they are not here for tourism but for work.
