well it would appear that you dont know how things work in other countries. in brit,us,all people white etc are stopped ,whereas here its nearlyalways the nonjapanese looking. there is a formalised complaints procedure(with followup) if you think you are being heavyhandled or profiled.. think you can do that here?…
