    i dont disagree with what you are saying that allowing unskilled uneducated people in will increase social tension.. however,what many people (inc jap government) are now realising is the alternatives of having noone to pick the food in the field,noone to care for old people etc,etc and unavoidable…

    no you are perfectly correct-im not -its volunteer-but im still registered - even this was banned a few years ago. the reason the law changed was cos they couldnt get enough young people otherwise.some of the other anti foreigner employment rules will go the same way in the end-not…
